ACTIVE STEPS YOU CAN TAKE
As with any human condition, you will experience many successes as well as many failures in your lifetime.  Many people learn the most from their failures or mistakes.  Not that losing your job is a failure.  It’s not personal, it’s just business! Actually, I’ve been told many times that losing your job can be one of the most liberating experiences of your life.  Forcing your hand to make a change that you may be reluctant to make without a gentle push! One of the things that I have learned is that you need to keep your experience, expertise and resume current and up-to-date in today’s quickly changing job market. It is an essential step that must be taken if you don’t want to loose out for a job position by someone who has done just that.  So keep those RUBY SLIPPERS polished and ready to slip on as you move on down the road.

There are many steps that you can take to help in your future job search.  Steps that will keep your head in the hunt when you are not panic stricken by a pink slip.  These things are not as easily obtained once you walk out the door . . . be pro-active and stay positive!!  Slip on those RUBY SLIPPERS and take active steps!!
